What should I prepare before the work?
Identify anything that must stay and remove belongings from the work area where practical. Confirm access and site-specific preparation before work begins.
How are protection and cleanup handled?
Discuss the areas that need protection, the route for moving materials, disposal, and the expected cleanup standard when the quote is prepared. These arrangements should be clear before the work is scheduled.
Do I need a complete plan before contacting you?
No. Share the location, a description, and any timing you know. You can email photos or measurements to info@genesisdemolition.ca.

Can I send drawings or a tender package?
Email the documents to info@genesisdemolition.ca with the project name, address, company contact, and bid deadline. Identify the drawing issue or revision when available.
What information is useful for an occupied property?
Include operating hours, access restrictions, building management requirements, loading arrangements, and the areas that will remain occupied.
Can I request insurance or vendor documentation?
Send the requirements with your enquiry. Genesis can confirm available documentation and review whether the project requirements can be met.
How is work coordinated with other trades?
Include the project schedule, the next trade’s requirements, and the person coordinating the site. Confirm these interfaces when agreeing the demolition work.

What affects the cost?
Removal quantities, material types, access, protection, handling, disposal, and timing all affect the work involved. Describe these conditions to help prepare a project-specific quote.
How long will the work take?
Duration depends on the amount of work, materials, and access conditions. Share a target window if you have one; the schedule needs to be confirmed for your project.
What if I don’t have a start date?
Choose Flexible / not sure yet in the quote form. You can provide a target date once your renovation schedule is clearer.
